Measures Taken During COVID-19 Pandemic

Since our humble beginnings in 1852, The Getz Group has grown through many challenging times to be “Medtech’s pathway to Asia Pacific
”. Now in the wake of unprecedented times of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, it is vital that we continue to make lives better by distributing high quality products with the support of a range of exceptional services to our customers and business partners.
As the situation unfolds, we want to assure you that we are working hard to maintain business continuity and be at our best to support you. We have been closely monitoring and following the Australian Government Department of Health guidelines and have implemented a few changes to our business.
To limit the transmission of the virus and ensure the health of our visitors, staff and customers, we are supporting our staff to work from home where possible and ensuring our critical staff can continue to work in a healthy environment. We have updated our policies for travel and meetings, and are notifying our staff of updated hospital/consumer policies as we receive them.
Additionally, we are working closely with our business partners to ensure that we have and maintain reasonable safety stock for our customers. If your stock levels are low, our customer service team are only too happy to assist you with ordering from Australia

In this evolving situation, we will continue to monitor and adapt to make sure our operations are in line with the latest advice. We would also like to thank all the doctors, nurses, allied health workers, laboratory staff, hospital cleaners, hospital administration staff (the list is endless!) who are working around the clock to keep Australians and New Zealanders healthy.
